AllGrund Ltd. is a real estate agency which sells property in Germany and other countries. Its main focus is the international investor who wants to hold one or more good quality apartments, houses, blocks or other property and receive a stable return on it. Secure, valuable investments in good locations are what we are aiming at. To serve that purpose best we are not tied to one or two house builders or vendors but work client-oriented, i.e. we provide what the client needs or wants. If we do not have it in our listing portfolio at present we go ahead and search for it until successfully found if in any way possible. We also provide rental management of such properties and see to it that there is always a good occupancy. Our main office is located 15 minutes from Rhein-Main-Airport Frankfurt.
